You will be catered for during the entire stay, indulging on 3 veggie meals and snacks a day, including non-alcoholic drinks. There is a yoga class going twice a day and various meditation classes. One and half hour to two hours of yoga in the morning and evening sounds like the perfect start and finish to one’s day. How about the rest of the day? Simply relax or enjoy all the ayurveda treatments and massages Ulpotha has to offer (at extra cost). There is certainly plenty to choose from. Your cost will include one massage a week, one free consultation with Ayurvedic doctor at Ulpotha, and one herbal steam bath. You are also welcome to use all of Ulpotha’s amenities. This includes a boat, bicycles, “tree house” and “lake hut” depending on availability. Join one excursion a week free of charge, either to a beach or a cultural site.
